AFCON 1-Day Safari Full-day itinerary

6:00 AM – Pick-up and departure

Your driver-guide collects you from your hotel in Arusha or the surrounding area. After a short briefing, begin the drive towards Tarangire National Park. The exact departure time will depend on your accommodation location.

8:30 AM – Arrival and start of the game drive

Enter the park and begin looking for wildlife. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and open grasslands. Your guide will choose routes based on wildlife sightings and current road conditions.

12:30 PM – Picnic lunch

Stop at a designated picnic site for lunch. Take time to rest before continuing the afternoon game drive.

1:30 PM – Afternoon wildlife viewing
